Board Members

Tiffany Binish

Tiffany is a Cash Management Specialist for Investors Community Bank, where she collaborates with business partners to customize deposit solutions and introduces the products and services that can increase their business efficiencies. Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and has more than 15 years of banking experience.

Favorite pastimes include spending time with her daughter and son, biking, swimming, enjoying the outdoors with family and friends and traveling.

Justin Spettel
Vice President

Justin Spettel is a Green Bay native who graduated from Ashwaubenon High School and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He advanced his insurance career as a captive agent for over a decade with a nationwide commercial insurance company. Justin bought into Bayland Insurance Group during the summer of 2016. Bayland Insurance focuses on commercial insurance, group health insurance and can handle all other insurance needs.

Justin is married with three kids and loves creating positive memories with his family. When he has free-time he enjoys golfing, time up north, running, travel, and nearly every outdoor activity.

Stacie Christel
Past President
The hospitality industry has been in Stacie’s blood for over 20 years with her first job in Manitowoc through present day in Ashwaubenon. Stacie has been the Director of Sales at aloft Hotel Green Bay since March 2010. Prior to this, Stacie worked at the Hilton Garden Inn Green Bay for almost 11 years. She is actively involved in the Green Bay Area Lodging Association and serves as a De Pere Chamber of Commerce Ambassador. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 10 years Dale, playing summer-league softball, and traveling to new destinations.
Holly Mrstik

Originally from Dubuque, IA, Holly graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville with a degree in Business Administration and has been in Wisconsin ever since. After living in the Green Lake County area for 4 years post-graduation she relocated with her family to the Fox Valley area in 2013. Holly currently serves as the President of Wishing Well of Green Lake County, the Vice President of HBBA, Inc, is actively involved in Management Women, and enjoys serving as a ABA Board Member. In her free time she loves to go camping with her husband, two children, and is three dogs, and is a devoted year-round volleyball coach.

Kelly Losey

Kelly Losey is the Director of Sales at the Holiday Inn Stadium for the past year where she has become involved in various community events.  Kelly is originally from Milwaukee and graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay with her Masters in Management and has called Green Bay her home for the past 20 years.  Kelly is married to Brett for 15 years and they have five kids and is actively involved in her kids’ lives.  From hockey and speedskating to cheerleading Kelly is always on the go and can be found at various sporting events cheering her family on.

Susan Nagel
Board Member
Susan Nagel is Business Development Officer at Fox Communities Credit Union. Susan started with Fox in April of 2010; Fox Communities Credit Union is the 2nd largest Credit Union in North East Wisconsin serving their members in 9 counties with 17 branch locations. Prior to joining Fox, Susan was in sales and sales management for 25 years. She was also an entrepreneur for 6 years, owning a drive thru espresso bar, cafe’ and chocolate fountain business. Susan has been married to her husband John for 24 years, they have two children; Alyson age 22 and Chris age 19.
Matt Sullivan
Board Member
Matt Sullivan owns and operates Express Employment Professionals in Green Bay, along with his wife, Kim Sullivan. Both met as students at St. Norbert College and are long-term residence of De Pere.
Joel Everts
Board Member

Joel is the Sports Sales Manager at the GGBCVB. The Greater Green Bay Convention & Visitors Bureau is the regional destination marketing organization committed to improving the visitor experience and increasing the economic impact of tourism to its communities in order to enhance the quality of life for all residents. Joel is an long time resident of the Green Bay area and is an avid bowler who has been instrumental in bringing national bowling tournaments to the area.

Wanda Neuman
Board Member

Wanda is the Office Manager at Lamers Bus Lines, Inc. Motorcoach charter sales division and has been with Lamers since 2000. Lamers Bus Lines is the largest family-owned bus operator in Wisconsin with over 45 locations throughout Wisconsin, Upper Michigan and Central Florida. With a strong understanding of the transportation industry Wanda can help develop the best traveling solutions for you. Prior to working at Lamers, Wanda worked for 15 years at Calco Express Trucking in the operations and accounts receivable departments. Wanda grew up in the Shawano Lake area and moved to Green Bay in 1985. She has been married to her husband Bob for 30 years and has two children who graduated from Green Bay Southwest HS. Over the years she has been involved in several athletic organizations. She cherishes the people she has been fortunate enough to connect with over the years and have valued building long-lasting relationships.

Dawn Spice

Dawn is the administrator for the Ashwaubenon Business Association. She has been an administrative professional with GRAEF engineering for 17 years.
