Communicating Your Story: Positioning and Messaging to Showcase Your Impact with Michelle Dejno

Michelle is the Vice President at O’Connor Connective. Michelle joined the O’Connor Connective team in July 2018 with more than 25 years of experience in strategic marketing communications. She provides strategic direction for clients, along with guiding and facilitating feasibility and voice of customer research, developing communication plans, and driving implementation to meet the goals of those plans.

During the ‘Communicating Your Story: Positioning and Messaging to Showcase Your Impact’ session, Michelle Dejno, Vice President of O’Connor Connective, will cover what you need to know about your customers or donors by capturing their insight before finalizing a strategic marketing/communications plan. You’ll learn best practices for gathering that information, and we’ll discuss how to use that information once gathered.  Michelle will review a case study and lead small groups in the creation of a communications plan.
